At Tony Koyu Foundation, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, necessitating the cancellation of a donation. We appreciate your understanding and support, and we strive to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

General Policy:

• All donations made to Tony Koyu Foundation through Razorpay are non-refundable.
• However, we offer exceptions on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
  • Duplicate donations: If you accidentally make a duplicate donation, we can process a refund upon verification.
  • Unauthorized transactions: If you believe your donation was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will work with Razorpay to investigate and potentially issue a refund.
  • Technical errors: If a technical error occurs during the donation process, resulting in a failed or incomplete transaction, we will automatically cancel the donation and no refund will be required.
  • Changes in tax laws: If a change in tax laws renders your donation ineligible for tax deduction, we may be able to offer a refund upon verification.
