- Donations are considered final and non-refundable. This is due to the immediate impact your donations have on our ongoing projects and beneficiaries.
- We only offer refunds in the following situations:
- Duplicate transactions: If you are unintentionally charged twice for the same donation, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge. Please contact us with your transaction details.
- Technical errors: If there is a technical error with the Razorpay payment gateway resulting in a failed or incomplete transaction, we will automatically refund the charged amount.
- Subscription cancellations: If you wish to cancel a recurring donation, please contact us at least 24 hours before the next scheduled payment. We will cancel your subscription and process a refund for any remaining pre-paid amounts.
